About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Maintain documentation of technical procedures
• Assist with system upgrades and installations
• Train end-users on IT systems and software

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and networking
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic
